Over the past 27 years, I’ve refined the art of invigorating purpose-driven businesses by restoring their operations. I’ve worked with early- and late-stage start-ups, SMBs, and a $4 billion global corporation. I've built a business, built business algorithms, developed streamlined systems, mentored complex teams, and co-founded a successful, interactive arts-based event.

Why ROUX?
Growing up on a rice farm in Southwest Louisiana, my love for soul-filling food runs deep. Almost every classic dish starts with a Roux. Simple ingredients (flour / fat) provide the support structure for earth-shattering flavors.
